“The stay was fantastic and the resort offers good services.
When I arrived to the hotel, despite my booking was confirmed on the site hotels.com, they were not aware of my booking.
Luckily they had just 1 free room and give it to me.
What about if they wouldn’t have?

“Kristina and her staff were great. Super friendly and helpful. The back villa came with amazing views with loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the raised deck views. Bikes and kayaks were available for use and allowed us to see three turtles in the lagoon while paddling on three separate days. Loungers were also available for use on the beach. “We absolutely loved our stay here. Nothing beats enjoying a glass of wine or breakfast with stunning views of the lagoon. Having complimentary swimming gear right on the beach was such a bonus, and with access to not just one but two pools, it made our time even better. "Struttura molto ben tenuta, ordinata, pulita. Bungalow in legno nuovi dotati di tutto il necessario per cucinare e per godersi appieno il soggiorno. Possibilità di avere sempre a disposizione acqua potabile, lavanderia gratuita e le bici sempre a disposizione.
Quest'ultimo servizio è essenziale dal momento che la struttura è lontana da tutto (3km dal paese e 2 km dalla strada principale dove passano gli autobus). Per soggiornare qui è quindi consigliabile avere un mezzo proprio (o le bike come nel nostro caso). Ultima segnalazione negativa: avendoci cancellato il volo di arrivo, e avendo quindi perso una notte, ci avrebbe fatto piacere ricevere dalla struttura anche solo una minima forma di rimborso per la notte persa, o quantomeno per il check-in anticipato (anch'esso pagato in anticipo)"
